JUST LIKE THAT.
OUR LIVES CAN CHANGE.

Advance Directives provide clear instructions as to end-of-life wishes should one become physically or mentally unable to communicate personal desires regarding end-of-life treatment.

“I help people think about end-of-life decisions for themselves and their loved ones.”

–Carla S. Baum

“So many people avoid making their end-of-life decisions because they believe they will give up control. But that’s a huge myth. You take control by identifying the persons you want to make your decisions for you and what care you want. You are taking control.”

“My advice would be there is no perfect time. Have the conversation. Don’t wait!”

“90% say talking with their loved ones about end-of-life is important. Only 28% have actually done so."

“82% say it’s important to put their wishes in writing. Only 23% have actually done it."
